Since my clinical days in massage therapy school in I realized I wanted to use massage as a resolution for pain and discomfort. Academically I excelled in anatomy and physiology and kinesiology. With this solid knowledge in functional anatomy I have been compelled to give some clients stretch s or strengthening exercises to address chronic areas that would always need to be worked on in their sessions. around 2017 on I found it was needed by most client more often. I just made it an official part of my scope of practice in 2023 by becoming a certified personal trainer.
