Service Description
Therapeutic stretching is any that is performed with the intent of deliberatly facilitating an improvement in the clients physical or psychological well-being. It is beyond basic pre or post exercise stretching because the focus is to bring about a specific therapeutic outcome. It can be a rehabilitation toool the recover from musculoskeletal injury or to relieve chronic pain and stiffness. Therapuetic stretching treatment consists of massage, both passive and active stretching. Duration and Price Options 1hr at $125 1hr 30 min at $188 2hrs at $250
Cancellation Policy
For cancelations or rescheduling please let us know well in advanced. Rescheduling, cancellations and no call no shows of any appointment must be received at least 12 to 24 hours in advance; otherwise 50% of the appointment fee is due. After 2 consecutive cancellations, you will be billed in full for the 3rd cancellation if your slot is not filled. No call, no shows will not be rescheduled after their 2nd no call, no show; at the therapist discretion you may be reinstated as a client with a required card on file.
